I bought a box of Lindt’s Lindor assorted chocolate balls from the supermarket. Each round ball was made up of two kinds of chocolate. The outer layer was harder and did not melt as easily. The inner core was made out of a softer chocolate which melted quickly. If you leave it out in the open in Singapore’s weather, the inner core would be liquid while the outer layer would be soft. I preferred to put them into the fridge for a few mins before I ate them. This would harden the insides up slightly so that it became a little oozy.
I liked Lindt chocolates. They were smooth and creamy although they tended to be a little on the sweet side. There were four flavors in the box.
The white chocolate was wrapped in gold wrapper. It was quite sweet and creamy.
The brown wrapper contained milk chocolate with bits of hazelnut.
The red wrapper was milk chocolate. While unwrapping it, I accidentally punctured the outer layer, causing the liquid chocolate inside to leak out.
The blue wrapper contained dark chocolate. There was definitely more cacao content but it still tasted pretty sweet to me.
